Today's society, as China's housing construction changes from the increase by the amount to the increase by the quality, as the rapid development of urban construction and the improving of people's economic and cultural, the living standards of people who are in pursuit of are changing, thus people put forward higher requirements to the environmental quality of settlements. Pleasant, good public space settlements involves many factors, the development and construction of the environment is one of the important factors. Settlements Square is to enable communities to become communities ,it is also a places where people can gather together and be given human nature through mutual contacts and exchanges.
