With the high speed of the development of domestic economy, the need of the power source is sharply increasing. To tackle with the more and more intense power supply occasion, China is doing its best to construct power implement. Nuclear as a little pollution, low cost, high efficiency and new clean power has become China's emphasis and priority. According to the national nuclear power development strategy, the era of the nuclear is coming. But to achieve that, we have to improve our overall capacity of nuclear and impel the domestic generation procedure of nuclear equipment.PMC System is one of the essential equipments in a nuclear power station, also it is special tool with high security standard, automation and control accuracy. It composes of machinery, electricity, information, microelectronic and software technology. According to the national request of domestic generation of the key part of CPR1000, the rate of domestic generation of 3# and 4# units' PMC of Hongyan River Nuclear Power Station need to achieve 80%, the new ones later needed 100%. Therefore, CNPRI has specially established a team to emphasize on the PMC system, the exploration of PMC has been classified as important project by GNPS, and received the support of special fund from COSTIND. The purpose of this project is ready for the domestic production of PMC.This paper surveys sufficiently the change fuel demands of foreign PMC system and domestic CNP1000 and CPR1000, collects and researches system technique which PMC project group has mastered, summarizes and digests author's practical modification experiences in the overall PMC system reconstruct of DNPS 1#, 2# unit and the transmit system reconstruct of LNPS in L205, L106.On the base, summarizes the most suitable PMC system total structure in according to domestic practical situation, and illuminates the three key components of MC, TS and SFPC; summarizes control requirements and technical process of MC system; devises MC control test-bed used for analogizing electrical control, especially designs the total control of the PLC, detailed PLC I/O distribution are listed in an appendix; describes the electrical schematic diagram of MC; last summarizes the modification experiences in the TS upgrades of LNPS in L205, L106 for exploring independently TS. The work of this paper is the basis of not only PMC system, but also realizing PMC system design and localization of equipment, it supplies a gap of domestic this project, takes our three generations PMC system's design, maintain, reform and service to being first.
