With the continuous rising of the domestic consumption level for milk and other beverage, the domestic drink packaging industry is in fast development. But because of the technical monopolization by foreign companies, domestic market is monopolized seriously which lead the price of milk and other beverage in a high level and restricts the development of the domestic packaging industry seriously. The only way to break the monopolization is to excogitate the high-speed aseptic packaging technology with own property right, so that we can build up our own countries'industry of aseptic packaging equipments and can contribute a lot to our society.How to design the executing mechanisms which can finish a series difficult forming actions in a very short time and how to control the forming precision in the condition of high-speed process are the two key technologies of high-speed aseptic brick packaging machines. The purpose of this paper is want to work out the systemic methods of how to design the executing mechanisms and how to control the forming precision of high-speed aseptic brick packaging machines. The following are main for the research work:1. A chain based jaws system which is based on the parallel working mode and with a high working efficiency is worked out.2. The design projects of high executing mechanisms are researched. And the commonness of these mechanisms is analyzed.3. The reasons of forming errors are analyzed. And the methods of how to control these errors are researched.4. The details of how to design the same-speed cam of pressing-package cam is researched. And the detailed project of design control system is researched.5. The details of how to design the pressing-package mechanism which is the most complicated executing mechanism is researched. And the simulation of the same-speed function, kinematic character and the curve of the pressing-package cam is done based on the software of MATLAB.Based on above research works, the methods of how to design the high-speed executing mechanisms and how to control the forming precision of high-speed aseptic brick packaging machines are worked out , which will afford the systemic ways for high-speed aseptic brick packaging machines to realize high-speed and high-precision.
