Packaging machinery bagging system widely used in grain, food, chemical and other industries,production efficiency and reliability are the key performance indicators.In this paper,we study synchronization control problem of high productivity bagging systems,and make corresponding design of electric control system.In this paper, adopting PLC as the main controller of bagging system, control module coordinated movement of the manipulator and the information interaction between the various modules.In the process of the development automatic bagging system adopted the modular design method,to solve various types of products,collaborative research and development, the technical difficulties and cost factors,the mutual influence each other.Mechanical, electrical, software modularity is not independent, but influence each other and support.In this paper,bagging system is divided into eight modules function-based,realizing the four major functions, and analyzes each module of the mechanical structure and movement theory, the typical electrical hardware synchronization control system module detailed design, design the PLC software framework, and the typical module software design in detail.In this paper,on the basis of the first generation bagging system,from the Angle of production efficiency for the second generation of bagging system optimization design,put forward merger function,increase the number of parallel,increasing the cycle number three kinds of sequence control optimization strategy,respectively on the bag module,hopper module,pressing and holding module optimized design, the optimized system cycle consists of 6000 ms to 5000 ms,namely 5s/package theory of productivity, bagging greatly improves the system’s efficiency.
