Research On Control System And Key Technology Of High Speed Packaging Machine

This paper is carried out on the object of packaging machine,and a high-speed automated packaging machinery with automatic feeding,measuring,filling,sealing,cutting,conveying is designed.The whole production process is fully automated,achieving high efficiency production.This paper introduces the development trend of packaging machine in domestic and international,between which the technology gaps are analyzed,and based on the packaging machine some studies are made.This paper does research on the production process and the principle of the packaging machine,analysis and introduction of the actuating mechanism of the packaging machine.Through the research of all kinds of equipment,it puts forward some opinions and views.Some improvements are made to the metering device.Used the fast response of compressed gas to realize high speed filling,and the speed is improved.This paper makes a detailed design for the control system which the control unit are PLC and touch screen.In order to achieve high speed packaging,the control program is used high speed output in the paper.Using high speed counter function to realize high speed output.The action of machine is executed by high-speed counting function of PLC which reads the optional encoder angle.High speed count function is executed by the form of interrupt,without the influence of PLC scan cycle,it can achieve high speed packaging.For temperature control system the control mode of it is PID,realizes the precise control.In the touch screen control system,designed some detailed screens,the control button and the production parameters of the packaging machine is commonly used in the touch screen.It is easy for worker to operate the machine,increasing the man-machine interaction.In the end of this paper,three-dimensional model of some institutions is established,using Adams simulation software to analysis of the transverse sealing device in dynamic simulation.The stress of the component is analyzed and the rationality of the design of the horizontal seal mechanism is proved.This paper has some reference value in the research of the actuator and control system,which lays a certain foundation for the development of the packaging machine.
