Research On The Strategy Of Redevelopment Of Deserted Land Based On Disturbance Theory

Facing how to harmonize the relationship between people and nature, environment, economy, in ord to realize sustainable development, human being bring forward building ecocity theory. The 17th Party Congress announced: "Promote a conservation culture by basically forming an energy- and resource-efficient and environment-friendly structure of industries, pattern of growth and mode of consumption ". This is a big project in current. All these require that we should change the development pattern in the past urgently, probe the new method and thought of development. Now, it's time to research urban problem in the ecology angle.Deserted land in the city is the earth not used or abandoned because that we used it unwisely or we changed the land use plan. China is a big population country lacking of land, otherwise, we are confronted with short-supplied land and a large amount of deserted land, in two kinds of difficult position at the same time. It's beneficial to building the city ecosystem, and providing precious land resources, if we use the deserted lands effectively. So, the use of deserted land can be regarded as one kind of win-win strategy. Starting from the ecology angle, the paper researched the basal principle of disturbance theory and the applying pattern in the city ecosystem. Then, based on logic deduction, the paper brought forward the strategy framework about the reuse of deserted land in the city owing to disturbance theory. The article has analysed the characteristic and cause of the deserted land in turn, pointing out that deserted land is a system degenerate behaviour and outcome of city ecosystem. If we adopt effective disturbance measures on degenerate ecosystem, the ecosystem is able to boost, that deserted lands being reused. That's to say, the process about deserted land from being deserted to being reused, is a ecosystem recovering process about a direction ecological succession. Further, based on logic deduction applying partten in city ecosystem about disturbance theory, the article brought forward the strategy framework about the reuse of deserted land owing to disturbance theory. The framework includes: indentifying negative disturbance sources, appraising of disturbing status, the measure removing negative interferences, the measure rebuilding the organism's habits factor, leading into the active disturbances, and disturbance adjusted as well as performing timeliness coupling back. Finally, the article set forth a practice application about the strategy framework about the reuse of deserted land, with Tangshan Nanhu Lake district ecological restoration being an example.The paper provided a kind of new pattern and practice method to restore and reuse the deserted land, by analysing urban problem in an ecology angle. Carrying out the active exploration the deserted land problem in ecocity construction, not only beneficial to draw on the policy about the reuse of deserted land, but also providing lessons and consults on revising the land use plan.
