The Research On The Urban Tourism Land And Its Impact On Urban Development Land

Contemporary is the new era of human society entering the urban age and leisure times.It is clear that "Tourism is becoming one of the most important core forces that affect the future development of a city." Facing the wave of "urban touristization" and"urbanization of tourism",Modern urban planning should adjust the technical tools and public policies with the times.Under the national policy background about combine"tourism land" with urban planning system,the research explored the development of urban tourism land,and comprehensive impact of its on the urban development land.Firstly,the study combs the origin and characteristics of urban tourism land,and clearly put forward the concept and connotation of urban tourism land.The research from a theoretical perspective discussed the comprehensive influence of urban tourism land on urban development and planning.Secondly,based on the typical case of Xi'an,the study calculated "the Occupancy rate" of urban tourism land to urban development land.Thirdly,the study used "ArcGI" and "Moran's I" spatial analysis method to calculate the external influence of urban tourism land on the development intensity of urban land for five areas in Xi'an Central City.The results show that:(1)The influence of the urban scenic area on the surrounding development land is the structural characteristics of the circle,and the external effects are attenuated with distance;(2)Control the height of the surrounding building is the most important factor affecting the stronger or weaker of the external effects for urban land;(3)The external impact is equivalent to about 5%of the total land for construction land.Fourthly,learned from the successful examples at home and abroad,this paper explores the development mechanism and spatial model of the influence of externality of urban tourism scenic area from the theoretical aspects.The results shows that urban tourism land has become an important component of modern urban land's structure.Finally,according to the current urban planning and management laws and regulations system,the study put forward adjustment programs about urban tourism land include the urban development land management system.Meanwhile,the study discussed the corresponding planning management strategy.All in all,China is in the rapid socio-economic development period,many industries require more and more urban land for development.The problem is particularly prominent between urban tourism land and urban development land.Modern urban planning should provide a series of scientific,accurate response.The paper studies the problem from the perspective of urban development land planning and management.The quantitative conclusion provides valuable theoretical exploration for coordinating the development of urban development land&urban tourism land.
