Research On The Development Pattern Of TOD Of Urban Rail Transit

The process of the urbanization is rapid in our country, which is exactly the important time to the formation of reasonable city structure, also is the sensitive time to the adjustment of city structure.The development mode of city of TOD has important significance for numerous satellite city in developing.Currently, the city adopting programming of TOD mode all use orbit transportation as the way to guide city's development. As a result ,the research on TOD of urban rail transit is one research topic of reality significance.First, this thesis analyses the structural characteristics of big city and the problem to face, points out that the reasonable choice of dominant transportation for big city should use rail transit as dominant tool for development of big city in our country.Secondly, based on the foundation of related theories and practice at home and abroad.this thesis gives detailed elaborate and analysis on the connotation of TOD mode of urban rail transit ,the general mode, the basic structure of TOD, the land development of station area, the land-use along the line and the strategy of implement of TOD mode.Again, dialectic analyses the function of TOD of urban rail transit, carries out comprehensive comparison to the two kinds of modes of SOD and TOD, and carries out analysis from the angle of construction and operation of urban rail transit. Aiming at current enthusiasm for construction of urban rail transit, this thesis calmly analyses some misunderstandings in programming and construction, discusses the construction of rail transit should choice appropriate time and rational construction scale.End, this thesis takes City Railway No. 13 in Peking as an example, carries out analysis on the practice of TOD mode in leading development, carries out a comparison on the project of construction of TOD mode, points out that the construction of TOD of urban rail transit should adopt a programming of building by stages, put into operation by stages, strive to make the line with the function of combination of SOD and TOD. Which have referential significance for urban rail transit construction in leading city development in our country.
