With the progress of urbanization, the problems of low-quality sprawl, traffic jam and environmental pollution are becoming more and more serious, affecting residents’ lives and travel.TOD mode of urban land development can alleviate the contradiction between land and transportation, optimize land use and improve the living environment. However, domestic and foreign researchers mainly study and discuss the macro-level of TOD,while the micro-level research methods and models of TOD are insufficient.Based on the above research status, this thesis studies the optimization model and method of land development around different types of rail stations under TOD model. The main contents and summings-up are as follows:(1)Firstly,this thesis analyzes the basic notion of TOD and the successful practical experience of typical urban development of TOD domestic and foreign, and further summarizes the necessity and feasibility of TOD mode in China. The results show that China has the potential to realize the benign development of TOD strategy on urban form, and TOD model is suitable for the land development and layout surrounding the site.(2)Quantitative classification of stations.Considering the "node-site" dual attributes of the site, especially increase the density of daytime populations and nighttime populations to indicate the vitality of the site area.Specific from the transfer, development intensity, land use characteristics, regional vitality, service levels of five dimensions of station characteristics of quantitative indicators.23 stations on Beijing rail transit line 5are clustered into 5 categories: commercial stations, active stations, traffic stations, residential stations and general stations.(3)Research on land development around stations.Firstly, the characteristics of different sites are summarized and analyzed through the indicators. In order to measure the total emission of main pollutants around the station, this paper builds a four-objective land use optimization model based on the traditional MOP model. The objective function of the model is to maximize rail passenger flow, optimize living environment, balance land use and minimize peripheral pollution. The model restricts the floor area ratio, environmental quality and quantitative relationship between different types of land as constraint conditions.(4)Case analysis and application. From each site category, select the most prominent features of the site category as a typical site of each type. This paper uses MATLAB software to program and uses Nsga3 to solve the MOP model, which is more accurate than the single objective solution. The results and suggestions for optimizing the site area ratio are given.Urban planning decision-makers can choose the research results and provide specific land development guidance for site planning and upgrading. There are 39 pictures,43 forms, and 75 references in the thesis.
