With the fast development of the large Stacker and Reclaimer, it is necessity to exploit and design the large bridge scraper reclaimer from Cement industry to Power and Steel industry. Now, both of the technology and quantity of the bridge scraper reclaimer manufactured in our country is behind it in German and other developed countries. We must pay a great attention to the exploiture and design of the large bridge scraper reclaimer.In this thesis, it analyses the main parts'calculations of the stacker and reclaimer by the numbers, in the meanwhile, analyses and calculate the reclaiming volumn and scraper power. Analyse the main parts such as the bridge beam, end beam and material rake. Finally, analyse rake system parameter design to reach a more Sreasonable design.The thesis has the actual meaning for the material rake to settle the problems that occur when enlarging drawings and interference of the bars. It avoids the repeat job during design and makes the design more reasonable. It provides the academic evidence to improve the quality of the production. The thesis provides the revised scheme to solve the problems which will happen in the future design.
