In recent years,as the rapid development of global economy,bulk material cargotransport increased rapidly.In order to meet the big storage yard,we have to rely on increasing the length,width and height of the yard to meet the market demand.The semi portal scraper reclaimer,as one of the important equipment of bulk material handling,has been widely used in electric power,building materials,chemical industry,mine,dock,coal,metallurgy,food,and many other industries of national economy.The semi portal scraper reclaimer has many features,such as large span,large reserves,high output,low load,low cost,low noise and so on.What is more,it is easy to achieve automation and centralized control,which is most widely used in the field of indoor material storage.And the equipment conforms to the national overall development requirements of energy saving,environmental protection and emission reduction.QGM1100/44 semi portal scraper reclaimer is designed for Indonesia cologne steel company whose annual output of molten iron is 700,000 ~ 800,000 tons.This product in the scraper reclaimer system belongs to a kind of large span reclaimer form,which is also the biggest span reclaimer used at home and abroad.This equipment mainly consists of the end beam walking mechanism,the portal frame,the scraper loading system,the steel wire rope hoisting system,the feeding trough device,the control room,the platform rail,etc.The general scheme design,component parts power calculation and main structure analysis of the QGM1100/44 semi portal scraper reclaimer are studied in this paper.In order to meet the design rationality of various components,the selection analysis and the power calculation of the main structure were done.The drive form and components structure which selected for the main structure are the most advanced and reasonable,and it's also the optimal selection.In this paper,ANSYS software is used to create a finite element model of the main structure,and the statics analysis of the six working conditions of full load were done.According to comparing with the results of the stress and displacement,the deficiency will be improved if the design is not reasonable.This can achieve the best design scheme,to meet the required strength and stiffness,to reduce cost,shorten the design cycle,and improve product performance.The dynamic performance analysis of the main structure portal frame and beam frame were done by ANSYS finite element analysis software.Comparing the vibrationfrequency caused by the external excitation with the inherent frequency of the device,we know that it can not cause the resonance,so the equipment could be ensured working smoothly.This product can be used for reference for the design of the same type of the large span stacker.
