Vibration monitoring and analysis is a common method in the fault diagnosis of mechanical equipment.With the rapid development of embedded computer technology and the programmalble technology, miniaturized and intelligentized devices will become the development direction of fault diagnosis system.The 32 RSIC configurable soft-core processor Niosâ…¡which supported by Altera Company is a CPU used for SOPC.Its configurability offers tremendous flexibility for embedded design.So a SOPC system can be accomplished conveniently and quickly by using Altera Quartusâ…¡,SOPC Builder and Niosâ…¡IDE software.As a result, hardware design is more softwaring than before,and system upgrades is more and more convenient.In this paper,a handle vibration measurement based on Niosâ…¡which was used for monitoring "continuous vertical vibration" was designed.According to the characters of vibration,a non-contact amplitude measurement method based upon the relative displacement of the sensor was adopted,which obtains the transmission characteristics of sensor by the relative position change of controllable sensor.Then the parameters of vibration object were real-time monitored through the transmission characteristics.This method has high precision,strong anti-jamming performance,and some value in the industry application.In this paper,the vibration test system mainly contained hardwave design and sofewave design.In hardwave design,there were Niosâ…¡CPU and its peripherals,hign-precision A/D conversion circuit,vibration signal acquisition module,FIR filter module,sensor position control circuit and pulse generator module used for stepper motor.Digital filter was implemented by a new DSP design method which is used Altera DSP development tools - DSP Builder.The design method was simple,fast and easy to upgrade.The viberation test system softwave development was completed in the Niosâ…¡integrated development environment,which mainly included vibration parameter calculation,the transmission characteristic acquirement,the display and alarm control modul design and as well.The whole system was debugged successfully on DE2 development board,and satisfied the expected experiment requirement.The implement of intelligent vibration insrument based on Niosâ…¡hignly integrates various functional modes and greatly increases the computed speed,stabilty and anti-jamming ability of the system.And the hardware structure of the system can be real-time upgrated conveniently by the inosculated design with software and hardware and the configurability of NIOSâ…¡CPU,which greatly reinforces the design flexibility and functions extensibility.
