In recent years,the state of the construction of LNG filling stations in terms of policy or technology have given strong support to the rapid development of LNG industry in China,L-CNG station technology has been developed greatly,but the filling station potential leakage,fire and explosion risk is also increasingly prominent,although the possibility of the occurrence of these a major accident is not big,but once the damage is very serious consequences.According to the experience of L-CNG filling station in our country,it is not mature and rich,and it is necessary to identify,analyze and evaluate the risk factors in the station.This paper first analyzes the typical characteristics of L-CNG filling station,filling station in process and potential risk factors,and then through the analysis of the current domestic and foreign major hazard identification and evaluation method,put forward the pattern of L-CNG filling stations and major hazard identification evaluation.CFD method is used to simulate the damage consequence of jet fire in different conditions,and on this basis,the existing safety assessment methods are improved:(1)The critical set GB18218-2009 identification of major hazard in flammable liquid LNG is 10 tons,by judging that L-CNG gas station LNG storage capacity has exceeded the maximum critical value,the LNG L-CNG tank in gas station to determine the major hazard sources.(2)By simulating different pressure(0.3Mpa,0.8Mpa,1.2Mpa)and different leakage diameter(2cm,5cm,10cm),different wind speed(0m/s,1m/s,3m/s,5m/s)and different height of jet fire damage that spray fire thermal radiation value with the increase of pressure and strong increases the leaking hole diameter;the faster the wind direction at the thermal radiation value is greater;with the increase of the height of the flame thermal radiation values showed first increased and then decreased.(3)The existing evaluation method considering the shortcomings in the wind speed with height effect on thermal radiation,according to the conclusion of numerical simulation of flammable and explosive toxic major hazard evaluation method is modified in consequence assessment considering the influence of wind velocity and height of jet fire damage to the safety assessment method of evaluation of L-CNG major risk sources more accurate results effective.(4)The 2 to the conclusion of the 4 chapter as the theoretical basis,using Visual Basic 6 language specifically for hazard identification and safety evaluation of L-CNG station software development,the software interface is friendly,easy to operate,has the basic function of data management and maintenance,the consequences of the typical accident case management,accident prediction,filling station safety evaluation,simple,procedures,to achieve the automation of L-CNG station of hazard identification and safety evaluation work.
