Research On Developing And Programming Of Old Community

The world is facing with the Aging population. As new century comes, China becomes the country with the most population of aged people, which takes 20% of the world's total amount. What's more, the amount is increasing by 3% per year. As a result, the following next 100 years will be"a century of the agedness". Thus, it is crucial to solve the population-aging-problems as to construct"a harmonious society". However, in the reality of our country, the conditions of aged people, who take 11% of the population, are not good enough because of restricts of economic development, traditional viewpoints and population quality, as well as inadequate social concern and imperfect social security system. Traditional pension system (housed-care and agencies for the old) cannot meet the high-speed increasing needs of the aged group day by day, so kinds of new "aged community" emerge soon. According to the current situation, living conditions and needs of aged people, investigation and diagnosis on aged industry, experience and models from developed countries, and the analysis and research on design of house for the old, community care service, entertainment and leisure and environments of old community, the aim of the article is to build up a new style of old community with "comfortable housing, health service, interactive exchange and entertainment ".The housing question is a key question to the olds, which plays the most important role in the old community's construction. The paper standing on the fundamental realities of the country, on the basis of understanding physiological, psychological characteristics and demands of the olds, taking the non-barrier idea and the human nature concern as the guidance, with experience overseas, makes a detailed discussion on the inside and outside of old-housing; In addition, it takes an analysis on the main points of program and develop of old community on aspects of community care service, entertainment leisure service and management operation.This paper includes five parts: First, introductions, summarization of research object, background and significance of selected topic. Second, China's aging situation, aged people's life and current situation of aged-industry. Third, the present situation and the prospects of community pension for the olds. Fourth, on the basis of demands of the olds, discusses the design of old housing from house-product, public contact space and environment outside. Fifth, analysis on the growth environment of the old community from community care service, entertainment leisure service and management operate.
