Research On Integtation Methods Of City Transportantion And Land Use

In recent years, the related researches of city transportation and land use have became thehotspot problems, the content of its core is looking for a harmonious development road of thetwo aspects, walking up to a new order, discussing a available road that city transportation andland use should be harmonious and symbiosis. However, the disjointed problem of citytransportation and city land use still exist in city building of our country, and that resulted inland waste of resources, the contradiction between supply and demand of city transportationconstruction is outstanding. It injured seriously the city function to revolve and the cityeconomy development. Accompany with the different stage of city development, citytransportation and city land use exist dynamic relation: instance equilibrium- unbalance- newequilibrium.The purpose of integration is a discussion to dynamic and developmental problem,thereby establish the new order. This paper made a series of researches on the integratedmethods of city transportation and city land use. In the first instance, this paper broughtforward the meaning and need of integration in order to bring up the disjointed problembetween city transportation and city land use in current city building of our country, andregarded the problem as precursor, pointed out the main reason of disjointedness consist in thedisjointedness of programming principle, system, time order and methods, and theinadequateness of programming manage. This paper studied the harmony of city transportationand land use, the relation of land distribution and city transportation ,the relation betweenland programming and transportation programming ,excavated the conjunction between citytransportation and land use ,indicated that city transportation and land use is a relation ofcircular action and feedback.In this foundation, this paper proposed that the city transportation and the land use shouldstart from the integration of system, function and identification, integrated separately system,specialization and socialized of city transportation and the land use, and it made the contents ofintegration clear. Finally the paper in the front article foundation proposed the method ofintegration implementation, namely, administration and legal method, function organization'smethod, economical and consultation method, and separately detailed through establishmentmechanism, adjustment programming method and society participation, so as to educe someconclusion. Expecting the analysis and investigation of this paper should produce function tothe harmonious and symbiosis of city transportation and the land use.
