Because it is relatively great to make the investment and time limit is long and unpredictable factors are more in the course of building, this increases the risk of the project by various ways even more too. So the building project investor will face various risks unavoidably. So, it is very necessary for the investor to take precautions against the risk to guarantee build harmony of engineering building.This text employs the domestic and international theory research results of risk and risk management and has described the investment risk management of building project in terms of enterprise's investor in our country. The article has put forward the method that can discern and assess and analyze investment risk. The article put forward risk counter-measure and has analyzed and researched the investment risk management of the concrete building project under the guidance of theory.This text is divided into six parts altogether:Chapter one of the article is basic theories summary of investment risk management of the building project that is basic theoretical foundation of the article. The article defines the relevant concepts of this text, including the concept of the risk and concept of investment at first. The article has introduced formulation and development of the theory of the investment risk management and has pointed out intension and content of risk management on this basis, the article have explained the important meaning of risk management.Chapter two of the article is discernment about the investment risk of building project. The article has carried on the summary of discernment about the investment risk of building project at first and has probed into the method of discernment about the investment risk of building project and then analyzed investment characteristic and risk characteristic of building project. On this basis the article carried on the discernment about the investment risk of building project from two angles of investment risk type and phased risk.Chapter three of the article is analysis and assessment about the investment risk of building project. The article has carried on analysis and assessment about the investment risk of building project at first and then have explain the theoretical foundation of analysis and assessment about the investment risk and analyzed function of analysis and assessment about the investment risk explains its purpose and step. Continue article recommend the project investment risk analysis of the building project and assess the method.
