Study On The Landscape Design For Outdoors Environment Of The Aged In Fuzhou

Along with historic course advancement, the human society entered the unprecedented prosperity, developed time, also has met many new question. The population aging question is precisely the stem question which this kind of universe faces together. The population aging not simply displays in the population age constitution, moreover also can to the city social economy, the moral culture and even the material environment all has the enormous influence.China became the aged country in 2000, it is of greatly theoretical and practical importance to study how to realize the scientification, systematization and standardalization of urban landscape construction as soon as possible, in order to meet leisure entertainment increasing special needs for landscape facilities and thus promote the living conditions of the aged people.This thesis deals with theoretical and empirical studies on the landscape design for outdoors environment of the aged in Fuzhou. First, starting from the behavior pattern of the aged, the special needs for outdoors environment have been systematically discussed. On the basis of this, the existing situation of the landscape facilities in Fuzhou as well as their main problems has been analytically presented. Finally, for building proper outdoors environment landscape for aged, forward own opinion and the view.Based on the investigation data regarding the use characteristics for landscape facilities of the aged, which are obtained by more than 980 questionnaire interviews in the eleven representative parks in Fuzhou such as Jiangbinyuan of the city level morden garden, Xihuyuan of the city level classical garden, Taijiangwenhuagong of the area level garden, Xichanshi of the temple garden, Wuyiguangchang of the city green space, Taijiangbuxingjie and Zhongtingjie of the city Business street, Hubinyuan of the community park, Mindudazhangyuan and rongqiaojinjiang and damingcheng of the plot green space, statistical approach analysis are used to estimate the impacts of some selected factors, including family structure, income, the ways and the motives to come to park, the distance from home to park and the individual preferences to landscape facilities, on the frequency of coming to park. The results of the estimated park-specific regression models showed that the use characteristics for landscape facilities of the aged relate not only to the subjective factors e.g. the psychological features, the environmental preferences and the special needs of the aged, but also to the objective factors e.g. the distribution, the functions and local conditions of the landscape facilities in the city. The effect extent of different variables, however, proved to be very park-specific. In addition, the empirical results also confirmed that the distance from home place to park is one of the most important factors to influence the use of landscape facilities. The second significant factors are the ways and the motives to come to park as well as the distance from home place and the individual preferences. The aged people often select the park nearest to their home and take walk to the park for cultural and sport activities. According to the above results, this paper has proposed the design main point and some particular design way of urban landscape architecture that is suitable for the aged for the construction of the city outdoors environment landscape design.For landscape architecture worker, I want to try my best to look for the way of how to build city outdoors environment to satisfy the aged's need in aged city public space. And let the aged have support and medical and affect and learn and happy in our country.
