Study On The Social And Economical Factors For Village Planning

The master dissertation is a study of the relationship between social economical factors and village planning. The study object which is a natural village named Jibai, lies in the middle of the Yunnan Province. Village is a regional concept which is opposite to city, that is including all region except from the city. Its social and economical operation mechanism is so different from the city' s that the village has its individual feature. Because of this, the city planning is unlikely suitable to the village. Study on the relationship between the village' s substance composition and social economical factors in a deep-going way is conductive to finding out its basic connection and inevitable law. And it will be helpful to the village planning, making it suitable and practicable.At the beginning of the dissertation, it gives an account of Jibai' s current situation such as geographical environment economical background and the position of village itself, in order to present the village which is faced with social and economical changing. Next, the paper analyses the social(clan) and economical(industry) factors in Jibai. Clan is the basic force through all village' s develop progress. It is the fundamental unit of the village social organization and unceasingly influence and changing the substance composition of village. Through researching into the clan factors will be conducive to recognize the village' s develop process, current situation and problems clearly. When China economy connection with world is more and more wide, the village economy in China is facing with the impact and infiltration from internal and external competition. Some of the village industries are suffered from these influence more or less. The positive dealing with or negative acceptance will prompt the substance composition of village changing. On this condition, how to deal with the relationship between substance composition and economy development reasonably is an urgent problem in modern village construction. Through analyzing the social and economical factors in Jibai, there are some village planning measures and suggestions concluded at the end of the dissertation.The solving measures are based on the requirement of most villagers. The aim is to turn the social and economical condition of village to better and prosperous in the future.
