Based on the investigation of socio-economic status, transportation network facilities, distribution of industrial area and city planning etc, the thesis forecasts the trend of Daqing and Qiqihar future traffic demand and the development of socio-economic in characteristic year by using gray prediction, brown nonlinear exponential smoothing, flexibility analysis, the average growth rate method, MATLAB and Visual Basic. The thesis takes adaptability between highway network and industrial distribution as key point. It forecasts the trend volume and lure traffic volume in the future by using correlate analysis between transportation and socioconomic, traffic forecasting four-step model and TransCAD software. The thesis does adaptability analysis of correlate highway from aspect of load and distribution both at present and in the future. And then it does adaptability analysis among railway, aviation and water from qualitative perspect, There is also discussion of mentioned issues:Research shows that socio-economic of Daqing-Qiqihar region status at present and in the future appears a good momentum of development. There is a strong demand of transportation network facilities. The lure traffic volume expected of Daqing-Qiqihar industrial area is nearly one-fifth of the total volume of the region. The traffic volume in the area will be distributed by railway and highway. On aspect of load, the adaptability of the highway network in the region is better than railway. As the socio-economic developed, there will be serious tension with the network of highway and'railway if the present network facilities undertake the future task of transportation, so that development of industrial area will be restricted greatly. It needs to utilize air and water transportation effectively because of there low capacity. On aspect of distribution, the railway network can meet the needs at present in addition to far from the northeastern cities of Heilongjiang Province, such as Suihua, Jiamusi, Hegang, Yichun and border cities. The current planning of highway network still has some questions, such as the postion of function uncorrectly, the support of direction inadequately and the far distance invalid bypass. The problems will be solved by the chance of building Ha-Da-Qi industrial corridor. The transportation network will boost Da-Qi industrial area development effectively only by planning and construction ahead on the aspect of load and distribution.
