Study On Coordinate Distribution Of Comprehensive Transportation Network Of Da-Qi Planning Area In Ha-Da-Qi Industrial Corridor

"Harbin-Daqing-Qiqihaer(Ha-Da-Qi) industrial corridor" combines the advantages of such aspects as resource, productivity elements, position of three cities to benefit and supply each other by utilizing salt and alkaline land of Heilongjiang Province, so it will form cooperative productivity and build the domestic developed area. Daqing-Qiqihaer(Da-Qi) planning area is the important component. Transportation network facilities are important productivity elements and the basis of resource sharing and rational flowing: The coordination between comprehensive transportation network and planning area is propitious to develop industrial area sustainably, reduce the restricted factors and avoid some questions, such as repeated construction and un0rdered competition.The thesis elaborated the technical and economic characteristics of comprehensive transportation modes and coordinate distribution theory of comprehensive transportation network facilities. The thesis also investigated socio-economic status of development and comprehensive transportation network facilities condition. The thesis indicates that railway and highway are main transportation modes in Da-Qi planning area at present. At consideration of coordinate level between comprehensive transportation network and planning area, coordinate level between railway and highway system, and also the systems inside. The thesis establishes the evaluation index system of coordinate distribution of comprehensive transportation network of Da-Qi planning area. This article uses AHP, expert investigation and fuzzy evaluation to analysis comprehensive transportation network at present and questions of coordinate distribution in the future of Da-Qi planning area from macroscopic and microscopic. The result indicated that more positive developing trend appears between transportation network and planning area from macroscopic within planning period. The coordinate degree between railway and highway is insufficient. It is not balanced between capacity and real traffic load of the two transportation modes. There are inconsonances between Daqing, Qiqihar and Anda when they do transportation network facilities planning. The case also occurred between government and Daqing oil field. It is unfavorable to build comprehensive transportation system which is to supplement and coordinate each other in Da-Qi planning area and even in Ha-Da-Qi industrial corridor. It will promote the development of Da-Qi industrial area if comprehensive transportation network facilities are perfect progressively in the future. On the basis, the thesis put forward principle, development mechanism and planning. The main developing direction is to build the comprehensive transportation system as "Ï€" type which is composed by railway and highway mainly.
