The Research On Space Design Of The Small And Medium Size Administrative Center

Administrative center with a long history in course of its existence and development is one of the oldest types of human construction, as well as one of the most significant types. No matter what historical period is, the administrative center always represents the higher standards of architectural design and technology. Administrative center as a center of political power in combination with construction is different from the ordinary political significance given by times, which makes it of particular concern. [0] With the acceleration of the social development and the renewal of state administrative agencies, the space,shape and composition of modern administrative center have been greatly improved and developed, comparing with the traditional administrative centers.Urban expansion and economic development impel all levels of government to began to streamline government agencies , in order to achieve institutional innovation, seek to create a compact and strong, efficient and transparent, fair and honest government to respond to development. Some factors like the evolution of the current administrative divisions, the changes of government's role, extensive public participation as well as public services brought into the open will lead the design of the space center into a new"Shuffle"trend. Chief core position of the city asks for more attention to the integration of urban space and the further promotion of the quality of public space servicing people. For the outstanding performance of administrative center, there will be tremendous improvement in the space form, the scale of space and even the connotative meaning of space. This paper proposes the following three aspects of research: to study a development path and background of the administrative center space constitution; to analysis defects and the new trend of modern administrative center space design; to sum up the issues, and bring up the possible settlement proposal. It is the focus of this paper that in the status quo which has formed, through comparative study, I seize the principal contradiction, break through the bottleneck in this stage space design, promote the optimization of the design space to create effective ways to create space, have an ecology, sustainable development of small and medium administrative center space design on the basis of conforming with changes and needs of the modern administrative center and meeting future development model, and provide a viable source of reference for the future design in the administrative center.
