In the strategy of rural revitalization,the Communist Party of China proposed the task of increasing the supply of rural public service facilities.From 2020 onwards,it will gradually equalize rural public service facilities and realize the standardization of basic public services.Equalization of facilities has made corresponding arrangements from various aspects,from which we can see that the state attaches importance to the allocation of public service facilities,especially the equalization of rural public service facilities plays a vital role in the development of rural areas However,at this stage,t he basic public service supply in rural areas is limited by the level of rural economic development and other comprehensive factors.There are still certain problems.On the one hand,the development leads to a shortage of public service facilities and a shorta ge of public service facilities.On the other hand,the contradiction between the rural public service facilities in different areas is very different.In order to respond to nati onal policies and improve the basic public service facilities in rural areas of Shaanxi Province,the Shaanxi Provincial Government has carried out the construction of villag e-level party organization positions of “thousand villages demonstration and ten thousa nd villages reaching the standard”.In this event,organize various administrative villag es to carry out the construction of village-level positions of not less than 200 square meters.During the study,the author collected a large amount of materials related to the construction of the village committee to summarize and summarize.Through the field survey method,we can understand some of the village-level activity positions piloted i n the area,and make a comprehensive and systematic record of the relevant informati on of the village committee building and other public service buildings,as the objecti ve basis of the discussion.Perform qualitative and quantitative analysis on the collecte d data to obtain residents’ satisfaction with the current public service facility configura tion of the administrative village and the demand for public service facilities,as the o bjective of the later update of other public service buildings with the village committe e as the core in accordance with.This article takes the village committee building of Guanzhong ordinary administr ative village as the core research object,and studies the functional composition and sp atial combination mode of public service buildings other than educational buildings fro m the village committee building as the starting point.Recommendations for guidance.The research results of this article are mainly manifested in the following aspects:(1)In-depth research and in-depth analysis and research on the construction of vil lage committees and other public service buildings in Guanzhong area.(2)Put forward the functional space configuration standards for the two types of village committee buildings in the administrative and village committees and the comp rehensive service village committee buildings in the Guanzhong area.(3)Propose a spatial model for the expansion and expansion of village committee s to meet the needs of administrative management.(4)put forward the "village service center +" spatial combination model.
