The dynamic and hydraulic system of power platform vehicle for transportation applies the modern hydraulic transmission and control technique. Whether the design of this system and the lectotype of main hydraulic components are reasonable will affect the vehicle's performance, efficiency and manufacturing cost directly. Designers home and abroad have been leading the research in recent years and urgently hope to establish a design platform of power and hydraulic system with software, which is efficient, convenient and practical. Based on the premise, the paper puts up an exploratory research.In this paper, through analyzing and discussing the current development of the hydraulic technology and the design of power and hydraulic system of the vehicle, reasonable- match of performance parameter of the construction vehicles hydraulic pressure loading drive system is studied firstly which is composed of the diesel, the displacement hydraulic pump, the displacement hydraulic motor and walking system. The reasonable design method of power and hydraulic system is put forward.Take the hydraulic system of a 90 T power platform vehicle for transportation as an example. According to the above theory and the technical requirements demanded by customers, the design method that the power and hydraulic system adopts the closed hydraulic circuit composed of DA displacement pump and EP displacement motor and the steering and lifting system adopts open hydraulic circuit with load sensitive control is analyzed. After that, this paper brings forward in detail the hydraulic control characteristics of DA displacement pump and EP displacement motor, the match of the diesel and hydraulic system and the design method of steering and lifting system.Based on the above thought, a design platform for power and hydraulic system with software is set up. The paper uses LabVIEW software as development tool and makes the mobilization of deciding the parameters of motor, tyre and axis available. Customers are able to adjust the design parameters at any moment and the displacement of the pump and the diameters of the cylinders will come out accordingly. With the help of transferring database, the automatic selection of pump, motor and cylinder types can be realized. The paper tries tentatively to carry on computer aided design to the vehicle's power and hydraulic system.Finally, the conclusion is drawn and the trend in process decision-making research is put out.
