In recent years, it becomes the pop topic that being short of electric power .As the result of the rapidly increasing industry since we joined the WTO, the electric power consumption has been dramatically increasing. It promotes the gov. to enhance investment and approve power plant construction plans, and that more over 30% of them generating electricity from water energy by 2020 year is the important target of gov, thus the construction of water conservancy is developing at very fast speed.As a late-model concrete pouring equipment, TowerBelt (TB for short) integrates crane with conveyer belt. It has evident advantage compared to conventional equipment.This dissertation sets the 3rd phase of Three Gorges Project (TGP) as background and expands by clue of electro-hydraulic system innovation of TB, establishes the subject of The Research of the Electro-Hydraulic Control System of the TB. It mainly focuses on the research and experiment of the application, as well as the problems of solving in practice. It discusses as follows:Chapter 1 By comparision of the ways and means of construction in TGP, proves the importance of TB, Narrates the basic character of TB, and introduces the background and significance of the research theme, lastly presents the main task and content. Chapter 2 Narrates the main structure of TB, then mainly discusses the scheme of the main hoist component of TB, makes selection of hydraulic parts, including pumps, motor, valves and accessories. Lastly checks computations of the system design. Chapter 3 Sets up the corresponded mathematical model and equation of system, then analyses the stabilization, the speed and the accuracy. Lastly uses matlab to do the simulink emulation and gets the main factors that affects the system performance, furthermore optimizes the design.Chapter 4 Summarizes the significant problems of TB, mainly discusses the reason of hydraulic noise and crane out of brake, then carries out the method to reduce &solve them.Chapter 5 Summarizes what have been done in the project development, and puts forward some deficiency. Lastly forecast the prospect of the research of TB.
