| The continuous development of slurry conveying equipment in recent years makes the diaphragm pump more widely used in metallurgy, mining, petrochemical and other industries. Compared with traditional mechanical-hydraulic diaphragm pump, hydraulic driven diaphragm pump has smaller volume, higher power, more stable export flow and lower noise characteristics,which makes it owed kind of strong competitiveness in the market, the localization and serialization of this kind of products is kind of research subject with huge economic value.First of all, the paper introduces the origin and development of diaphragm pump, and the research status of hydraulic diaphragm pump,decline the functions and requirements of the driven section of hydraulic diaphragm pump, that is, ensure total pump outlet flow stability while conveying and saving energy.This paper mainly uses the research method of combining design theory, mathematical modeling analysis and computer digital simulation, the hydraulic system is split into two main parts, hydraulic circuit and control system on which we design, analysis and research.Specific contents mainly includes:(1) Compared the advantages and disadvantages between mechanical-hydraulic diaphragm pump and hydraulic diaphragm pump, and set the horizontal-three-cylinder-single-action pump as an example to elaborate the working principle and the law of motion, which indicated that the law of’constant acceleration-uniform-constant deceleration"and move with phase difference well serve the demand; (2) Analysis the hydraulic cylinder position and velocity control loop and load sensing hydraulic circuit principle, and design hydraulic diaphragm pump of hydraulic circuit based on it, then analysis and calculated the key components, including the cylinder combination, dynamic side of the hydraulic cylinder; (3) Analysis the hydraulic cylinder position and velocity control loop, non symmetric valve controlled asymmetric hydraulic cylinder, electro-hydraulic proportional directional valve link and load sensing hydraulic circuit of symmetrical valve control cylinder part of mathematical modeling and analysis and from the mathematical model of analysis and design of the key aspects of the control strategy, design the PID controller through parameter tuning; (4) Hydraulic model and control system model were established based on AMESim and MATLAB/simulink toolbox, utilize CO-simulation technology to simulate the hydraulic system and verify that the three-cylinder position adjustment system is just meet the demand, and verify the hydraulic system of dynamic static characteristics, the total flow of pump and pressure curve is consistent with the design theory, which turned that hydraulic circuit and hydraulic control system was designed rationality.This paper shows the design process of the hydraulic system in a more comprehensive and complete way, which is integrated with the thinking of the key link in the process of hydraulic system design, which can provide reference for the design of hydraulic system. |
