| With the speeding up of industrialization in our country, the number of constructional engineering, Bridges engineering and other large engineering is increasing rapidly. Due to the improvement of industrial automation level, more and more engineering equipment are used. A large number of hydraulic components are applied in these industrial equipment. The hydraulic pump and motor are well-known hydraulic components in the whole hydraulic machinery industry.. The hydraulic components, hydraulic pump and motor are not only widely used, and the running accuracy, stability and the working characteristics of hydraulic system affected seriously by the quality of hydraulic pump and motor performance. Therefore, the quality of hydraulic pump and motor must be make a comprehensive and strict test before installing on the whole construction machinery.Currently, there are two existing problems in the process of actual test of hydraulic pump and hydraulic motor test system.First, although the price is low, Low-end test bench have low testing precision, large energy consumption, poor reliability and many security issues. The high-end test bench test system is expensive, operability is poor, also has certain resources waste problem. The second problem is that, the intensity of labor which manual handling of hydraulic pump and hydraulic motor is very big. Now for the pump and motor transport most is to rely on manual handling, loading and unloading. In terms of each test bed is equipped with two porters, each porters of handling tasks need to complete 500 units/day and high intensity, low efficiency, high labor costs.To solve above problems, this paper will study domestic hydraulic pump and hydraulic motor test system, combining the reality of our products, design an intelligent hydraulic pump and motor test system which enhance hydraulic pump and hydraulic motor test speed and accuracy. Last, using power feedback theory, this paper will design a power feedback pump-motor test system, to reduce energy consumption. Main design part of the test system is the part of control part of test system control and information acquisition system. In this paper, the research work can be summarized as follows:1. First of all, based on Siemens S7-200 programmable logic controller, combined with the INVT GD300-090G-4 frequency converter, the system control the frequency which three-phase asynchronous motor used by test-bed, as well as the control motor start, speed, stop, etc.2. Then, using the existing sensor, intelligent instrument, RS485 bus, Labview programming software, this paper design the system which collect the hydraulic pump and motor performance parameters.The information collection mainly include oil temperature, speed, pressure test parameters, such as the parameter collection and summary to the computer, the data collecting and analysis.3. Tested for hydraulic pump and motor tend to be heavy, in the process of handling equipment to test bench laborious problems, to design an automatic handling device. The efficiency is greatly raised and the intensity of labor is decreased.4. Finally, the hydraulic pump and motor power feedback system use the more reasonable connection way to improve the energy efficiency of the power of test bench.5. Summarized the whole process of the research, analyzed the inadequacies of the system and the improvements to the system was discussed. |
