With China's rapid economic development,the domestic excavator enterprises in the Chinese market share is rising,but as the power source of the excavator-diesel engine,the domestic haven't a mature product has been applied in excavator,the domestic excavator production enterprise only imported diesel engine,enterprises face the development of diesel engine on the cost and time of purchase "bottleneck",so the urgent need for a domestic diesel engine to break the monopoly of foreign diesel engine,and through the domestic diesel engine and hydraulic system of the reasonable matching further enhance the performance of the hydraulic excavator.In this context,the matching research of WP7 electric control diesel engine and hydraulic pump is carried out to solve the application of domestic diesel engine in hydraulic excavator.This paper focuses on the dynamic system matching in 21 tons of hydraulic excavator as the breakthrough point,using AMESim simulation software will WP7 electronic control diesel engine model,hydraulic system,hydraulic excavator mechanical structural model,system control model and driver model integration,in the same simulation platform for hydraulic excavator powertrain matching simulation research,and by adopting the combination of simulation calculation and experimental test method,on the experimental prototype optimization design is a kind of power matching the instance of the application.The main work contents and research results are as follows:1,In this paper,the hydraulic excavator's hydraulic system,and expounds the working principle of dynamic system,and compares the energy loss in the power system that matches the detailed analysis of the diesel engine and the power matching between hydraulic pump is studied.2,This paper takes the WP7 WEICHAI power electronic control diesel engine as the prototype,in AMESim established the dynamic model of the diesel engine,the diesel engine performance and fuel economy of the index are calculated,and the technical results with the experimental bench for comparison and analysis of data obtained in the simulation platform of the electronic control diesel engine dynamic performance.3,This paper analyzes the experimental prototype of the hydraulic pump,the working principle of multi-way valve and the bench test data,the experimental prototype of digging force are calculated,in the AMESim simulation platform established a working model of load spectrum of the engine.Effective hydraulic system and the model of two-dimensional combined mechanical movement,can reflect the control characteristic of the machine hydraulic system,and can simulate the actual working condition of hydraulic excavator,for the subsequent dynamic matching provides the perfect external load.4,In this paper,on the basis of the established simulation model,to solve the experimental prototype in transient response characteristics under various operating,and compared with experimental test data,the data showed that the simulation results and the actual test data error within 5%,the accuracy of the simulation model is verified,meet the needs of the paper on the dynamic matching.5,On the basis of the established simulation model,this paper adopts the combination of simulation calculation and experimental test method,the test was carried out on a prototype dynamic matching optimization design instance of the application,to effectively improve the whole optimization results,further verify the hydraulic excavator power match system built in this paper the accuracy of the simulation model.To sum up,through the analysis of the experimental prototype of the power match system,simulation,testing,preliminary mastered the domestic diesel engine in the matching requirements of hydraulic excavator,laid the foundation for further optimization of vehicle performance.
