Historical town ,which is different from natural scenic spot in its distinctive humanity landscape , is a important part of tourism. Lijiang old city attracts a lot of tourists with its unique Naxi culture and the city pattern of high water country, By the year 2005 the number of visitors has already reached 4,042,300. That the tourism develops so rapidly, also brings some influence to the society, culture and protection of Lijiang old city, especially the dispute for tourism commercial development problem.The main body of this book research for is Li Jiang old city (Da Yan old county), it makes use of the firsthand data that on-site inspection, based on the analysis of commercial space's history and current situation of the old city , carry out theoretical analysis on Lijiang old city's commercial space , find out the deficiency of its commercial space distribution , bring forward a adjusted scheme to the commercial space that can give the old city's tourism heart a sound distribution.The first chapter of thesis brings forward a relevant studying development , background , purpose and significance, thereby bringing out the main body studied by the book . The second chapter introduces commercial development of the old city briefly. The third chapter make investigation and analysis on the old city's tourism heat, obtaining the tourism heat distribution picture. The fourth chapter makes analysis and adjustment on the factors that affect the old city's tourism heat much , namely the type of commercial space . The sixth chapter is have a discussion for the old city's commercial culture, including, The dimension of commercial traffic space, commercial relaxation, commercial culture . Summing up the article and give an conclusion finally.
