Energy Efficiency Research On Residential Buildings Of Villages And Small Towns In Beijing Suburb

The quantity of residential buildings of villages and small towns in Beijing suburb is huge, most of which is non-energy conservation and waste huge energy, the flinty energy problem baffling the development of Beijing's new socialistic countryside and urbanization.First of all, this paper analyses the actuality of buildings energy-consumption and buildings energy-efficiency in Beijing, and based on the result of survey of villages and small towns in Beijing suburb, this paper analyses the causes for huge energy-consumption.Secondly, this paper explores how to reduce residential buildings energy-consumption through macro policy and energy-efficient design in single buildings.At last, this paper analyses new energy-efficiency residential buildings and demonstrates an energy-efficient design of a typical housing building of villages and small towns in Beijing suburb and contrasts the energy consumption before and after redesign, and evaluates the benefits of energy-efficient of residential buildings which have value for enerey-efficiency reconstruction of villages and small towns in Beijing suburb. The paper evaluates the benefits of energy-efficient design and the method to realize low-energy consumption strategy is feasible, exercisable and oecumenical.To accelerate the process of research and development of residential buildings energy consumption in Beijing suburb, this paper conducted a theoretical and practical research with the climate and present status of villages and small towns in Beijing suburb. The methods and conclusions maybe useful to other small towns' residential buildings energy-consumption in cold region.
