First of all, the energy consumption of the residential building is the important constitution of the civilian building's energy consumption. The dissipate construction energy by windows is about 50% of the whole construction energy consumption in China. The most economical and effective means of construction energy efficiency is to enhance the window's thermal performance. Secondly, the construction of town has been developing rapidly, but the research about the building energy efficiency and the indoor environment in small towns has been limited. With the economic development in small towns, the living condition is improved, the research about building energy efficiency and the indoor environment in small towns are becoming more important. According to the economy and weather characteristics, we could make the window's energy efficiency of small towns'residential building as an important break point.The research about the window's energy efficiency of residential building is developed diffienetly between domestic and overseas.The developed country research this problem is very early.The research means include theory calculate, computer simulation ways and experiment testing research and integrate these means to acquire many production. The domestic research has been limited by the region factor and the result is hardly transform to the application aspect. At present, national standards including Graduation and test method for thermal insulating properties of windows (GB8484-2002) and Graduation and test method for air infiltration of windows (GB71017-2002) regulate the two indexes of thermal transmittance and air infiltration of windows. Otherwise, in developed countries, the aspect of window's performance classification and attestation identifier system is developing very well.Based on the typical city of hot in summer and cold in winter climate zone----Chongqing, this research takes the small town residential for studing. The DeST-h, an energy dynamic computation software is chosen to analyse construction energy consumption with 12 different window styles in four different orientation.The building simulation foundation is the energy efficiency building in Baisha town of Chongqing.Otherwise, the total energy consumption, refrigeration requirement and heating load are compared and analyzed.According to the window thermal conduction and shading theory, we made an experiment testing device. Under the natural conduction, we setting the different window styles in the different rooms and using the thermocouple line to made the thermocouple testing point connect the construction thermal dates collection apparatus. Then we using this device to record inside and outside wall temperature of window and the room air temperature in the different room on the different seasons. Analyzing the different choice of the window would be produce infection of the indoor thermal environment in three different seasons on the natural conduction. We also using the PC-2 solar radiation register instrument to record the atmosphere solar radiation in summer, as the tesing reference data.At last, we using the DeST-h software simulate the truth condition of the energy efficiency building.Then the simulate and testing results are compared and analyzed, and both have quiet consistent. Finally, I hope the simulation and tesing conclusion that we got in this article could provide some help and reference for the construction energy efficiency of the small town in Chongqing .
