| Under the background of building an energy-saving society, the national energy efficiency practice of architecture proceeds successionaly from the north to the south. The practice started late in hot summer and warm winter zone, with a set of relatively lagged technologies accordingly, making it necessary to learn from experience during the session of exploration. To potentiate the research on energy-saving technologies of buildings in Xiamen, which acts as an Experimental City Of Energy-Saving Practice in the south, contributes to expansion of the practice in whole hot summer and warm winter zone.The dissertation focuses on the residential buildings. By virtue of the software DeST-h explored by Tsinghua University, it analyses energy-consumption of buildings under different measures, and discusses the adaptive energy-saving technologies in Xiamen. It is comprised of the following parts. It summarized the theory and practice of heat-prevention in nations or regions which are similar to Xiamen in latitude and climate. Good cases could be borrowed.It analyzes the existing thermal condition of residential buildings in Xiamen, including the local weather data, the simulation of the indoor/outdoor heat environment and of the present energy consumption, to detect the weak points. On the basis of analyzing the present situation, the adaptive energy efficiency technology in Xiamen is primarily proposed.It analyzes different energy efficiency measures, processed in three steps, namely theoretical analysis, energy-consumption simulation and optimal design. It compares effects of different measures and probes into the essential, in virtue of the calculation and data comparison of energy-consumption simulation softwares.Under the principles of adaptation and economic feasibility, it optimizes and integrates different measures. Besides, it conducts energy-consumption analysis and energy efficiency evaluation of the optimal designs. According to the result, the optimal energy-saving measures feasible in Xiamen are proposed.The proposition and deepening of energy efficiency measures are founded on the basis of theoretical analysis and rational analysis by the computer simulation. Thus objectivity and controllability of the whole process are fully embodied. The author hopes that the optimal theory concluded in this dissertation could contribute to the expansion of energy efficiency practice in Xiamen, as well as the whole hot summer and warm winter zon. |
