| In the past decades, hospital had been thought as the medical central. Nowadays, the medical pattern has been changed, more attention was been paid to prevention and making the community as the central. The new medical pattern also set new requests to the ECG automatic analysis instruments. The medical instruments will be microminiaturizational intellectualized and personalized in the future.Benefited from the progress in VLSI, especially the advent of digital signal processor, real-time ECG signal automatic analysis has been possible. Also, the great achievement in signal processing method, as wavelet analysis, provides us a lot of algorithms, which can be used to solve the problems in ECG detection.In this research, the main objective is to design an ECG automatic analysis system which can be used at home. Hardware based on AD620 is used to amplify ECG signal, and MSP430F149 is used as host to sample and preprocess ECG signal, circuit based on TMS320VC5402 is designed for proposed algorithm.In this paper, several characteristics of ECG from patients, such as QRS complex and its onset and offset T wave and S-T segment, has been detected using wavelet method. These characteristics have been used to myocardial infarction and ischemia real time care. In this study, a lot of experiments with the data from both authoritative database and ECG simulator validated the accuracy and feasibility of the proposed algorithm.The constructed system can satisfy the need of real time ECG analysis well. At the same time, the system can be extended easily to use new algorithms. |
