| Pulse diagnosis is one of the most distinctive and important disease diagnoses based on the four diagnoses of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM).The pulse condition can convey the physiological and pathological information of each part of the body.Experienced doctors of TCM can sense the pulse of the radial artery through three-finger palpation and judge the health status of human body organs,but TCM is limited by the theoretical system of ancient philosophy and the diagnosis method that relies on subjective experience and has fallen into a development dilemma.Therefore,it is urgent to develop the objective and digital means of TCM and to excavate and summarize the experience of TCM pulse diagnosis.However,it is also a great challenge to summarize the scientific laws of digitalization from empirical science.This paper mainly aims at the demand for the digital development of pulse diagnosis in TCM and conducts the development of a pulse diagnosis instrument system,pulse signal analysis and processing,and correlation analysis of pulse wave characteristic parameters and age,and preliminarily explores the correlation between pulse wave characteristic parameters and blood vessel elasticity.This paper determines the development plan of the pulse diagnosis instrument,designs a liquid-coupled conduction pulse sensor based on the MEMS pressure sensor imitation finger structure,and completes the imitation of TCM three-finger pulse collection pulse diagnosis.The prototype of the instrument was developed and optimized to realize the pulse signal extraction under the pressure state of "Fu Zhong and Chen" imitating doctor of TCM.The wavelet transform method is used to remove the baseline drift of the pulse wave signal and extract the respiratory wave signal.The smooth pulse wave signal extraction is realized,and the respiratory rate and pulse rate are extracted from the pulse wave signal.The estimation method evaluated the accuracy and repeatability of the results.This paper collects pulse data from 60 healthy individuals aged 20~80.Based on the general objective law that "the elasticity of blood vessels deteriorates with age" through in-depth research on the process and mechanism of pulse signal generation,this paper collects pulse data from the proportion of the rise time of the pulse wave and the energy proportion of each frequency band of the pulse wave were studied in different age groups.The results showed that with the increase of age,the proportion of the rise time of the pulse wave increased,and the proportion of high-frequency energy changed.With the increase of age,the elasticity of blood vessels becomes worse,and the response of blood vessels to pulse pressure and perivascular muscles to high-frequency perturbations of blood vessels becomes poor.Therefore,the rise time of the pulse becomes longer,and the proportion of high-frequency energy decreases.This paper preliminarily explores the relationship between pulse wave characteristic parameters and vascular elasticity and provides a qualitative analysis method for vascular elasticity based on pulse wave,which provides some exploratory research results for the digitalization of TCM pulse diagnosis. |
