From the urban population grows, the city industry structure, the urbanized advancement and so on various aspects, has discussed the relations between the urbanized advancement and the water resources use, has made the appraisal to Tianjin present situation of the water resources development use; Then carry on the forecast for Tianjin water providing and demand, analysis and forecast the water providing and demand balance question in various level year, proposes the Tianjin water resources sustainable use countermeasure and the measure.In analyzes the Tianjin water resources and its in the sustainable development use connotation foundation, from the angle of analysis the water resources with the environment, the economy and the society mutual affects relations, appraises the sustainable water resources development condition, proposed the water resources sustainable use strategy that establish the reasonable disposition for the transfer from other place water, the surface water, the resurgent water, the ground water and the sea water, and adapt Tianjin to develop, provide the science the basis in order to improve the Tianjin water resources development pattern, and realize the water resources sustainable development use.Embarked from the sustainable development concept connotation, analyze the Tianjin water resources bearing capacity. In this foundation, use the system analysis method, carry on the economic analysis for Tianjin industry loss for the water shortage, and discuss the existed question which under study, proposed the strateg that improve Tianjin water resources bearing capacity.
