The Research On Inhabitant Social System In National Park

With the quick development of tourism, National Park, one of tourism destination, is being built with a high speed. Because of the limitation of land use and the historic problem, there are many intricate problems of inhabitant settlement in National Park. During the process of planning for national parks, the conflict between inhabitant social systems and development of national parks needs to be solved definitely, but a lot of arbitrary decisions are made, which causes the inhabit social system problem not to be solved that well. In this thesis, the author takes the inhabitant social system in national parks in China as an object, research and analyze its concepts, traits, structures, functions, and the developing trends systematically. The thesis is based on the theory of regional planning, inquires into the theory and method for regulation planning of inhabitant social system in national park, summarizes the main content of the regulation planning, and builds a valuing system for the developing potential of the inhabitant social system.Such problems occurred from inhabitants in National Park is prohibiting the development of the latter and is urgent to be solved. These involve many aspects such as planning, management, construction and operating of the National Park and thus the solution to these problems needs cooperation from many different fields. The thesis focuses on the planning part and searches for any possible work that could be done by landscape architect to solve these problems within the frame of enforcing laws and regulations. Eying on the problems such as: regulations on the inhabitants planning management are skin-deep, contradictions in the actual planning work and the regulations, the enforcement of regulations is deficient, the thesis discusses and analyzes the value orientation of planner and the content of the regulation planning of inhabitant social system in national park.
