The Study Of Third Sector In China National Park Governance

National Park,the path innovation in protecting environment and ecology was considered as an effective model of protected area management,which gives consideration to ecological benefits,economic benefits and social benefits.In China,the third plenary session of the 18 th cpc central committee put up the aim of setting up national park system in China,which mark a new history of national park system as one of the national strategic goals,and the introduction of series of politics provided direction and guidance for national park instruction.As the late beginning of national park instruction in China,there emerged a lot of management problems in national park pilots,including:the absence of speciality national park management committee,the absence of franchise system,the migration of construction targets and lack of participation of community residents.With the development of civil society,the third sector has become more and more important in the trouble shooting of national park construction,such as government failure and market failure problems.Based on the practical situation of pilot national parks,this article analyzed the problems of national park construction,introduced the necessity and feasibility of third sector involved management,referred to America and Vietnam and put up the solutions to the national park constructions in our nation.
