Research On Social Function Evaluation And Development Countermeasures Of Suihua National Wetland Park

The protection and construction of wetlands is of great significance for building ecological barriers,maintaining ecological balance,improving living environment and realizing the construction of ecological civilization in China.The National Wetland Park is a form of existence that protects wetlands developed in the past 10 years.It is a specific area that provides education,scientific research and eco-tourism under the premise of protecting wetlands.It is the most external manifestation of the social function of wetlands.The systematic scientific evaluation of the social function of the National Wetland Park can further highlight the social value of the wetland,enhance the sense of social identity in the wetland,and arouse people’s awareness of environmental protection to better promote the healthy and sustainable development of the National Wetland Park.Based on the theories of sustainable development,environmental psychology and structural functionalism,this paper analyzes the planning objectives and concepts of wetland park construction and clarifies the influencing factors of the social functions of national wetland parks.Determine three quasi-measurement indicators for the evaluation of social functions in national wetland parks:resource conservation and utilization,culture and science,education,Iandscape and leisure.Then,through the analysis and collation of the literature data,expert consultation and investigation and research,the analytic hierarchy process is used to initially establish a set of evaluation indicators including three criteria layers,six first-level indicators and 47 second-level indicators.On the basis of the initial construction system,the Likert five-level scale is used to evaluate the importance index of the evaluation indicators,and the reliability analysis,correlation analysis.principal component analysis and factor analysis of the questionnaire data are used to construct three criteria layers.National first-level indicators and 30-level indicators of national wetland park social function evaluation index system.Refer to the relevant standards and standards of the National Wetland Park,clarify the evaluation criteria of each index,and establish a system for evaluating the social function indicators of the National Wetland Park.The analytic hierarchy process is used to determine the weight of each indicator in the evaluation index system,and finally the social function evaluation model of the Suihua National Wetland Park is established.Finally.the specific evaluation of Suihua Zhaoyueshan National Wetland Park,Jinghe National Wetland Park and Gudahu National Wetland Park was carried out.The descriptive analysis method and the analytic hierarchy process were used to verify the scientific.pertinent and practicality of the evaluation model.According to the evaluation results obtained from the evaluation model,the status quo of the wetland social function is analyzed,and the problems existing in the wetland parks of various countries in Suihua are identified and some feasible strategies are proposed.It is hoped that through the evaluation of the social function of the Suihua National Wetland Park,it can provide reference for the evaluation of national wetland parks in the cold and even other regions.
