Study On Programming Of Ecological Living Area And Its Implementation

With the rapid development of dwelling industry, exhaustion of natural resources, pollution of the environment and ecological destruction are becoming major problems that trouble the healthy, harmonious and sustainable development of present human-being's residential living areas. How to preserve the natural resources, especially how to rationalize and economize the usage of non-renewable resources; How to protect and continue the spiritual connotation of the historical culture and how to inspect and tap the various aspects of regional features comprehensively and thoroughly. This article makes an investigation and analysis of the main factors that influence China's current living environment, and discusses about protection and reasonable utilization and reproduction of all natural resources and energies in order to realize harmonious co-existence of human being, nature and environment. It is in urgent needs now find a way to create convenient, safe, serene and comfortable living quarters that cater to Chinese national situations.In light of the above problems, this author tries to make an in-depth analysis of current problems of living quarters in China and foreign countries. The author presents some theories concerning ecological living quarters in this article, proposes an integral programming approach of living quarters. Some preliminary discussions have been conducted in evaluation and implementation of ecological living quarters programming. Finally, the author tries to forecast the programming, designing, and construction of living quarters and how mankind and nature should manage to develop mutually in a harmonious and coordinated way.
