The membrance for precision servo turn-table of double axis as the sensor plate is widely used in the industry and military. Based on the different purpose, the type of the membrance for precision servo tum-table of double axis is also different, the main type includes horizon type and equator type, and the horizon includes u type, T type and sphere type. The common characteristic is two correctitude precision rotor system and the adequate system stiffness.In this paper, aimed at the universal technique target request of the precision servo turn-table of double axis, based on the modularization and miniaturization, a horizon and T type membrance for it is designed, the paper also uses CAD/CAE to analyze the key parts, on the base of the mode and the distortion of analysis modifying and optimizing the potential problem. Also, drive and measure cells were choiced. Based on all of these, control system of the turn-table of double axis was analyzed and emulated to ensure the control precision and stability.The turn-table of double axis was manufactured according to the analysis and emulate. And the results were compared with the theoretical results to verify the 3-D model and FEM model.The simulation results and experimental results show that the turn-table of double axis meet the specification of system, achieve the prospective design and precision performance, so indicate the practicality and availability of design project.Furthermore, by the mean of detecting and loading the real parts, the factors that effect axis precision were analyzed.So the turn-table of double axis could be applied directly to the correlative instrumentations for industry and military. The research in the dissertation could also provide references to the development of 1 congener photoelectric instrumentations.
