Due to the need in special environment, A triaxial precision rotary table system which can be use in an small space and large temperature range (-50℃~80℃) condition to standardization the unknown radiation meter equipment automatically is developed.According to the index and the system requirements, this article introduced the main mechanical structure component and the work principle of the triaxial precision rotary table system. A rotary shaft analysis considered the temperature impact and the precision of detection had been done. Based on the analysis result, an optimize design of the structure had been mentioned. And then by using the UG software an assembling three-dimensional modeling was established.Through simulating the motion of the triaxial precision rotary table by UG, we have been verified the law that some design parameters influenced the performance function index of the triaxial precision rotary table system.And thereby the theory basis and reference are put forward to the performance evaluation technology and experiment technology of triaxial precision rotary table system...
