Continuous revolving electro-hydraulic servo motors ( CREHSM, for short ) are key parts of the hydraulic turn tables which are semi-object simulating equipments which are always driven by swing motors and have great value in our national defense. CREHSM breaks through the revolving angle limit of the swing motors on turn tables and can expend application of hydraulic turn tables. The system with CREHSM should be able to work at ultra-low speed and output heavy torque with high frequency response. The output speed can also change high in a wide range. Focusing on ultra-low speed performance, the author study motor designing, computer control technology and control strategy on the hydraulic servo system. The research method the author used consists of analysis and synthesis of theory, computer simulating, experimenting, and so on.In the prolegomenon, Author makes a brief review on the history and technology development of hydraulic turn tables, their direct driving motors and their control systems. Further more author makes a survey on CREHSM and discusses some know-how on it.The paper dose research work on theory analysis and structure designing on CREHSM. In order to make a clear technical analysis on it, author sets out research work with it's principal and derives basic formula which makes it clear why CREHSM can performance ultra-low speed without velocity pause. The paper studiy ultra-low speed theory it's interruptions. Author summarizes the key points in aluminum case CREHSM design in the eyes of engineers. The mathematical model of electro-hydraulic position servo system with aluminum case CREHSM is built in this paper. The stability and steady error are analyzed. An on-line tuning parameter of proportional integral derivatives (PID) controller base on expert knowledge is presented in this paper, moreover the paper introduces differential forward feed control commonly used in simulators to speed up frequency response. To compensate torque interruption, the author designs a compound control strategy. Some simulations prove that compound control strategy...
