The electric actuator system is a kind of high precision position servo system,which plays a very important role in the missile guidance system.In order to improve the control performance of electric actuator system,on the basis of the characteristics of the electric actuator system,this paper proposes a new type of miniaturized high-precision electric actuator servo control system,including the structure of electric actuator system and servo control part.According to the system design requirements,a brushless DC servo control system with compact,high bandwidth and low power consumption is designed.After simulation and prototype verification,the system performance is better than the design requirements.Firstly,this paper introduces the structure composition and working principle of the electric actuator system,and the overall design of the electric actuator system is carried out.In the structure part of system,the speed-reducer drive scheme combining bevel gear and spur gear is adopted.By optimizing the structural parameters,the miniaturization design of electric actuator system is realized,and the bandwidth of the system is improved.Secondly,the simulation model of the servo system of the electric steering gear is developed,considering the influence of transmission clearance and friction.The brushless DC motor is used as the servo driving mechanism to transform the electrical signal into mechanical motion.The dynamic model and control model of servo driving mechanism are established through the analysis of every component of the electric actuator system.On this basis,the parameters of the control system are simulated and optimized.Thirdly,according to the principle and control characteristic of the electric actuator system,the servo controller is studied in this paper.The servo control platform of the electric actuator system based on FPGA is established and the PID controller of the electric actuator system is designed.Then the effectiveness of the control algorithm is verified.At last,according to the requirements of the systematic target needed by the missile and operational principle of the actuator servo control system,this paper completed the development and test of the principle prototype of the electric actuator system.The load torque of the prototype reached 20 N · m and the sensitivity is 0.05 °.The feasibility and correctness of the design scheme in this paper were verified. |
