Computer provides the revolving state control and data collection, which make the test run flexible and easily.The author has designed the system and parts, and checked the power of axis and electric motor to secure the safety; in addition the author has designed the servo-system and calculated the formula of the transformation; at the end also done a research on the system accuracy. By analysis of the axis and angle testing system, the whole system accuracy can be calculated.The two-axis rate turn table can be used in multiple tests, featuring proved reliability, easy test, and superior flexibility.
