Research On Automatic Transmission Reliability Test Code

Automatic Transmission is important composing part, its capability influence quality of car to the largish extent. So it is very important to ensure intact test standard. Now there is not a set of automatic transmission test code, the purpose of this paper is to construct such test code by analyzing the existing test standard in home and the correlative standard abroad, combining with research of reliability theory, It can help to construct a basic frame of automatic transmission test which has not construct a full system in home yet.Based on traditional reliability theory and research findings of engine and hydraulic pressure system reliability, the reliability of AT is studied. According to failure patterns analysis, the AT reliability model in series, which consists of control bearing, gear and hydraulic valve, is established. The method of reliability predict and reliability distribute is shown.
