Transmission is an important part of the car drive system,the car in the process of running will encounter a variety of complex road conditions,the transmission force is very complex,in general,the life of the car is equal to the life of the transmission,transmission reliability Sex is directly related to the reliability of the vehicle level.In the design and manufacture of the transmission,theoretically,the transmission and its parts are used in various methods for reliability analysis and fatigue life prediction,which are essential for the reliability design of the transmission process.However,there are many factors that affect the life and reliability of the transmission,and reliability analysis and life prediction are far from enough in the design phase.Therefore,the reliability test of the transmission is required,and the fatigue life and reliability of the transmission are analyzed by experiment.In the fatigue reliability test,the transmission needs to be diagnosed,it is timely to know whether the transmission failure,and confirm the fault location,which is the transmission fatigue life and reliability analysis is very important.The design of a special transmission fatigue reliability test bench,also introduced the test bed frame schematic diagram and its working principle.The reliability test bench of the transmission provides the basis for the reliability analysis and life prediction of the transmission.Based on the Miner fatigue cumulative damage theory,the method of estimating the fatigue life of transmission parts is analyzed.Based on the stress-intensity interference model,the residual strength model and the fatigue cumulative damage model,the reliability of the transmission parts under constant amplitude,variable amplitude load and random load is analyzed theoretically.In addition,the fatigue life test of the transmission is introduced.Program and its test results.As the transmission is structural seal,in the fatigue test at any time need to monitor the operation of the transmission status,timely understanding of whether the transmission failure,that is,the vibration signal analysis of the transmission to determine whether the transmission failure and determine the fault location.(CEEMDAN)and Singular Value Decomposition(SVD)are studied and analyzed in this paper.The results show that the proposed method can be used to solve the problem,A fault feature extraction method based on CEEMDAN-SVD and Hilbert envelope is designed.The IMF component is obtained by CEEMDAN decomposition,the effective IMF component is selected,the IMF component is reconstructed by SVD,and the reconstructed signal is analyzed by Hilbert envelope,and the fault characteristic frequency is extracted to determine the fault location.And the simulation signal is analyzed and the effectiveness of the proposed method is found.Through the analysis of the fatigue life test of the transmission,the fault location and fault type are known,and the fault data is analyzed to verify whether the fault feature extraction method based on CEEMDAN-SVD and Hilbert envelope is effective in practical engineering.The results show that the fault feature extraction method based on CEEMDAN-SVD and Hilbert envelope is feasible and effective.The results show that the fault feature extraction method based on CEEMDAN-SVD and Hilbert envelope is feasible and effective.
