In 21st century, the automobile industry of our country gets the development at full speed. With our country joining in WTO, the automobile industry of our country faces more severe challenge and keen competition. As the pillar industry of a lot of countries, the automobile trade represent the industrial level of a country and influence the national economy of a country too, so it is particularly important to improve the competitiveness of the automobile products. To raise automobile quality, it becomes important and necessary to make strict demand on automobile spare parts.In this thesis, by means of synthesizing a great amount of material home and abroad, this control system of automobile transmission fatigue life testing was designed. The hardware design of the control system is explained. After displaying the measurement principles of the temperature, rotational speed, torque, the measurement and control of them are explained. The control system takes industry control computer as the core and its hardware and software is based on Microsoft Window 2000 system with friendly user interface. Control system can set parameter of testing to test several types of automobile gearbox on same test-bed with high efficiency and precision. It also can make test loading stable by using electro-hydraulic proportional control technology, automatic- control and breakdown warning in the process of test. Actual operation result indicate this control system guarantee whole of steady operation to test-bed, having good security and stability.Automombile transmission Test-bed based on Elctronhydraulic proportional Technology. Gearbox is one of the important parts in automobile transmission system, which performance affects the automobile reliability and dynamic characteristic directly. Electronhydraulic proportional technology used in test-bed load system make system more easily to realize real time control and monitoring on line. With the help of industrial control computer in system pressure and direction remote adjustment, system can implement simulation of actual load condition that test need. System use computer technology to implement PID control with good applicability and flexibility, which can adjust PID parameter based on system performance commandThe system keeps running for a year in an enterprise. It has improved the accuracy of life test of transmission, which is in leading position in the domestic filed and has got higher appraisal.
