With the development of China's space industry,the Long March Series rockets have entered the stage of high-density launches,which puts higher requirements on the production cycle and reliability of rockets.Valve is a core component of the rocket engine and ensuring its normal operation is of great significance to the successful launch of the rocket.Therefore,improving the efficiency of the valve life test and the reliability of the valve will have a positive effect on the development of China's space industry.At present,the valve standard system is relatively complete,and the life test of standard valve can be basically automated.However,for the special valves in certain fields,the traditional manual method or special non-standard equipment is generally used for testing.Regarding the valve life model,the Weibull distribution of the two parameters has been widely recognized,and for the large number of no-failure data about high-reliability products that occurred in the time-terminated life test,the reliability analysis based on Bayesian statistics stands out.Because the current aeroengine valve life test is entirely manual and lacks effective reliability assessment to guide production,it is difficult to meet actual needs.Therefore,it is necessary to develop special equipment to automate the valve life test and establish an effective valve reliability assessment method.This article aims at the life test procedures and automatic control requirements of eight types of aero-engine valves,and determines the system indicators.Based on the system indicators,the overall design of the valve life test automatic test system is carried out,and the design and construction of the system test bench is completed.Based on the system indicators and the structure of the system test bench,the structure of the gas circuit control system,the system hardware circuit construction and the STM32's embedded program is completed.By using MFC and Access database,the upper computer software of the valve life test automatic test system is designed to realize the automation of the valve life test and the functions of related data information storage and management.Finally,the automatic test system for valve life test is completed.After the performance test of the automatic test system,the valve's Weibull distribution life model and the reliability assessment of the valve aer established by selecting a typical valve to test and using Bayesian method to analyze the no-failure test data.After the development on automatic test system of aero-engine valve life test,the valve life test is automated and highly efficient.And basing on the establishment of the database and the reliability evaluation method,more data can support the improvement and provide guidance for research and practice in continuous tests.
