According to the current development of Fiber Bragg grating sensing technology, some key technologies on temperature Online Monitoring System for power equipments based on Fiber Bragg Grating sensor Array were especially researched in this paper.The creative achievements of the paper are described as follows: 1. In the on-line monitoring writing system of FBG with the phase-mask method, the relationship between the grating parameter and curve conditions that happened in the process of curves was analyzed, found a simple way to control effectively the side mold in the Fiber Bragg Grating , namely, regulating and controlling the beams of laser light.Furthermore, by making reasonable use of absorbing or driving of vibration in the writing system of FBG, the bandwidth of the Fiber Bragg Grating could be controlled in some extent.To meet the demand from the temperature environment inside of the electric equipment, by the aid of the correlation testing, studies and analysis, comparing with the normal silica optical fiber curves, the fiber curved by the Germanosilicate got the greater improvements in the tolerance to high temperature.2.The amplified emission (ASE) source with the high output power of 20.20mW and the broadband covering C-band and L-band by using two kinds of different concentration erbium-doped fiber was developed and obtained. The method can do well with the need of the application on distributed fiber grating sensing.3. Comparing with the present demodulation system of Bragg grating temperature sensing, the embedded system is adopted to realize the system, which hardware is based on S32410 the high-performance 32 bit CPU of ARM9 series, and the Linux operation system is choose.. The core algorithm, main modules and interfaces have been designed, which can conquer the random error caused by demodulater, enhance the system's ability to access network conveniently and ability of advance remote monitoring.
