With the increasing social demand of the product with low power consumption,high performance,high integration and portability,more and more product processing schemes are provided through the embedded processing platform.The measurement of the microsurface topography can be realized by the white-light interferometer with the measurement precision of the nanometer scale.However,in China,the processing of the data has been unable to get rid of the dependence on traditional PC machines.To this end,the design of data processing system for white light interferometer based on embedded platform is mainly completed in this paper.The Jetson TX2 embedded platform based on GPU+ARM architecture is chosen for application development,after the investigation and analysis of the white-light interferometers and embedded processors at home and abroad.The overall design scheme of the system is designed which include the configuration of the embedded platform system environment and the construction of the white-light interferometry system.Different algorithms are studied and implemented which is used to extract the peak light intensity of the simulated white-light interference image,and the seven-step phase-shifting method is chosen at last because of its good extraction precision,speed and anti-interference ability,then the point cloud data of the surface of the test piece is obtained.The graphical interface with multiple functional interfaces is designed based on qt and integrated into the top-level application of the embedded system.Open GL ES graphic interface is used to reconstruct 3D surface topography.Appropriate observations and measurement of height difference between two points are achieved through the geometric transformation of the 3D model and the operation of rendering the 3D graphics to texture by frame buffer technology.The accelerated processing of the model reconstruction in the GPU is realized by using the GLSL shading language,and the surface topography is made smoother and more realistic by the interpolation processing of the geometric vertices.The system also has a variety of other processing functions and measurement functions,including: the generation of point cloud files,the drawing of the contour curve of the graphic section,various image preprocessing functions such as image segmentation,and multiple measurement functions such as linear distance measurement,etc.
