The Research On Climate Adaptability Of Windows In Hot-summer And Cold-winter Zone

Window's history are closely linked environment in every stages.Due to the great achievement of the industrial revolution, the modern science and technology are developing faster than ever. Following which, people's constant material demand to the earth makes the desire intensified. And meanwhile, the subsistence environment of human being is falling into dire straits. With development of globalization stimulated by technology, ecology conception will play a more and more important role in the architecture design. Most of high-population region in china share the same climate characteristic, which means hot in summer and cool in winter. In these regions, buildings must operate with high expense, energy and poisonous emission in order to resist ultra-temperature. It's obviously not the harmony way for human to co-develop with the nature. And windows in this area have many problems. Lots of experimentations had been made in WuHan in last summer for interior temperature data, and the influences of various windows had been researched. And several ways had been out to enhance the compatibility to climate from the experimentations. Based on these the author designed a new window. The computer simulations also had been done to survey it. The result of simulations show that the new window do very well in saving energy.
